Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Mrs. Koenig is the firm's cybersecurity officer
Melody was raised in the small town of Clifton, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C., where she held various data processing positions throughout college as the new Information Age evolved. As Melody completed her Information Technology degree, the "World Wide Web" had just been launched to facilitate information sharing between scientists at universities and major institutes. Little did she know how the web would influence the day-to-day lives of individuals and businesses across the globe.
Immediately following graduation from college, Melody was recruited under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy's Defense Programs Development Team. During her tenure with DOE, she became fluent with some of the most cutting edge systems and advanced programming languages of the time.
With Melody's skill set in high demand, she quickly rose through various systems analyst positions, gaining experience with LAN administration, PC support and DOS-UNIX database conversions. In 1999, Melody returned to college to obtain a master's degree in information resource management, and after 20 years of senior-level program/analyst experience at several multinational corporations, she ventured out on her own and formed a technology consulting firm.
Melody currently serves as the firm's Chief Information Security Officer and oversees the security of all information assets that support enterprise goals and the firm's internal procedures for minimizing technology risks.
As markets grow more global and complex, Melody continues her education in the ever-changing world of cybersecurity technology and compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
