Independent Legal and Insurance Specialists:

Legal:
While our tax and estate planning specialists may have continued education from law school Institutes and affiliation with The American Bar Association, they do not practice law. When a legal opinion or document becomes necessary, we will recommend an attorney who specializes in that particular field and hand-hold the client as necessary or advisable, until the legal project is completed.

Insurance:
Our Insurance Specialist is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and licensed Investment Advisor with a 4-year college degree, a Masters Degree, 15 years of tax-specific experience, a clean regulatory disciplinary history, an additional Masters in Taxation (M.Tax), the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, and completes at least 30 hours of annual Continuing Education every year.

We do not sell insurance. When an insurance product is deemed necessary, we will recommend the specific parameters to an independent broker who can shop & compare different companies for a selection of choices, and help the client select and obtain the most appropriate, cost effective solution.
